Guests recovering from an injury or surgery who want to give their body's repair process more to work with.
Concentrated oxygen in a gently pressurized chamber, supporting your body's own healing and recovery while you rest for an hour.
Schedule a Visit ›A hyperbaric chamber increases the amount of oxygen your body takes in by letting you breathe concentrated oxygen in a gently pressurized environment. That extra oxygen supports your body's natural healing, helps ease inflammation, and promotes recovery.
There is nothing to do once you are inside. You settle in with a blanket, the chamber comes up to pressure, and you rest, read, or nap while your body does the work. If you need anything, assistance is one press away.
A session runs sixty minutes and is the same for everyone. Some guests notice a difference after their first few visits, and continuous, regular sessions yield the best results, paced to their goals.
Inside the chamber
You step into the chamber and get comfortable with a blanket. We show you where to press if you want anything during the session, so help is always one touch away.
The chamber pressurizes gradually. You may feel your ears pop a little, the same as on a plane, and then it settles. From there the session simply runs.
You spend the hour resting while your body takes in more oxygen. Many guests nap. When the session ends, the pressure eases back down and you are on your way, no downtime.
Hyperbaric Oxygen is one of the most requested recovery sessions at Vytara. The reasons we see most often are below.
Guests recovering from an injury or surgery who want to give their body's repair process more to work with.
Guests working on stubborn inflammation or physical stress who want a comfortable, passive session that supports recovery.
Active guests who fold regular chamber sessions into their training to support recovery between hard efforts.
A hyperbaric chamber is no longer something you only find in a hospital. At Vytara it is part of the recovery menu, sequenced with the therapies around it.
We often start guests on PEMF before the chamber to support circulation first, so the extra oxygen has an easier path to where it is needed.
Chamber sessions are most often paired with Red Light Therapy and lymphatic drainage, so your recovery therapies reinforce each other over a series.
Sessions are run by our trained professionals, working from established protocols.
Hyperbaric Oxygen is used to support healing, recovery, and inflammation. It is a passive, comfortable session, and it sits inside a broader recovery plan as supportive, guided care rather than a standalone treatment.
How your body responds depends on your history and what you are working on, so tell our team about both before your first session.
The chamber is not for guests who are pregnant, anyone whose doctor has advised against pressurized oxygen, and it can be a poor fit if you find enclosed spaces difficult. Tell us before your first visit and we will walk you through it.
Your ears may pop a little as the chamber comes up to pressure, the same as on a plane. After that, most guests describe the hour as deeply restful, and many feel noticeably alert afterward.
Your session is run by our trained professionals. You are settled in and comfortable before it begins, and assistance is one press away throughout.
Two credits per session in our lying chambers, and four in the premium seated chamber. Your monthly credit allotment sets how often you can use the chamber, and how much room you have to layer it with other credit-eligible therapies. The session counts below are for the lying chambers.
Ten credits a month. A steady weekly chamber session if you spend it all here, or fewer when you split credits with Red Light or PEMF. A good tier for maintaining momentum after an initial series.
Twenty-four credits a month. The right pace for a steady, continuous series, with room left over to layer PEMF or Red Light around it.
Unlimited credits. Run a full series at whatever cadence suits you, with the rest of the recovery menu layered alongside. Best fit for members on defined recovery or longevity plans.
It is roomier than most people expect, and you are never sealed away: you can see out, you have a blanket, and assistance is one press away the whole time. If enclosed spaces are hard for you, tell us before you book and we will walk you through it, or help you find a better-fit therapy.
You are never locked in. Our team is nearby throughout your session, you have an assistance control at your fingertips, and the session can be ended early at any time. Ending early simply means easing the pressure back down first, which takes a few minutes.
Your ears may pop a little as the chamber comes up to pressure, the same feeling as a plane taking off. After that, most guests describe the hour as deeply restful. Many nap. Afterward, guests often report feeling clear and alert.
Sixty minutes, the same for everyone. Some guests notice a difference within their first few sessions, and continuous, regular sessions yield the best results. We map the cadence with you.
Guests who are pregnant, and anyone whose doctor has advised against pressurized oxygen. If enclosed spaces are difficult for you, talk to us first. When in doubt, ask, and we will check before you book.
Hyperbaric Oxygen is two credits per session in our lying chambers, and four in the premium seated chamber. In the lying chambers, Gold gives you up to five sessions a month, Emerald up to twelve, and Diamond is unlimited, if you spend all your credits here. Most members split credits across therapies, and we will help you find the right pace.
